Payment...

KarmaBox prefers payment. We prefer it a lot. Our big preference though is to have our payments come securely through Google & PayPal. They will process your credit card, debit/ATM card, or eCheck securely and even guarantee your purchase. We only get the confirmation from them - and none of your credit information!

** Texas residents are subject to sales tax. No way around it so write your state officials, not us. We ain't a movin'.

Shipping...

Most orders ship out between 1-3 business days (Mondays through Fridays, except for holidays) after confirmation of receipt of payment from PayPal. We always send out shipment notification emails with your tracking number as soon as we ship them.

We will try to use our mind control powers on the shipping carrier to speed up your delivery but ultimately it's kinda up to them. If however you do not receive your order after 10 postal days, please contact us and we'll help track it down. Large orders sometimes take a bit longer but we will gladly let you know if it's going to take more than 3 working days.

We cannot be responsible for the item(s) once it has been given to the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges...

If you would like to return an item for any reason, we will issue a full refund (except for original shipping charges) or exchange the item. Please email service at karmabox dot com within 7 days of receipt of your order to let us know you would like to return or exchange your purchase - don't just send it back willy nilly. If the item qualifies for a return, the Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and any handling fees incurred. Item must be returned in unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse refund if item is not in the same condition as we shipped it. If we shipped you the wrong item, we will gladly exchange it and pay for the return shipping charges. Custom made items ordered are not refundable. Handmade items may vary slightly from the picture.
